1. Booking and Vehicle Placement Planning
I. Freight procurement and offering.
II. Obtain KYC and Registration of new customer/vendor in “OTM” FCL Trucking
III. Vehicle planning and placement on time as per the stipulated schedule
IV. Share vehicle details to the CRM / Customer / CHA which is assigned for the respective loading plan.
V. Coordination with sales and customer for booking plan on daily basis.
VI. Event Milestone update in OTM

VII. Traffic Coordination and preparation of all necessary documents which need to accompany the vehicle, ensure the same is handed over to the respective driver/vendor on time.
VIII. Tracking of all FM and LM vehicles in transit for timely reporting to avoid any demurrages.
IX. Preparation of First Mile and Last Mile report regularly which contain all delivery details i.e., transport and commercials detail and OTM generated shipment number etc.
X. Shipment planning in OTM and Ensure Freight tiger consent is accepted by drivers of planed vehicles
XI. E-Way Bill Generation and update Part B
3. Invoicing
XII. Data Entry of all freight invoice detail into the OTM against the shipment (Operational Trip Closer)
XIII. Follow-up with vendors to get transport Invoices within 3 days of the movement execution. Post receipt, verify the same accompanied by acknowledged L.R., Empty unloading receipt, detention charges etc. and ensures adherence of agreed terms for further process.
XIV. Preparation of consolidated Customer Billing data with all required freight booking details and submit to accounts along-with all supporting documents within 2 working days post receipt of freight Invoice from vendor.
XV. Submission of vendor freight invoices with all supporting documents to accounts department for payment, post Transport manager vetting and signing on the same.
XVI. Follow-up with accounts for raising customer Invoices on time and processing of vendor Invoices for payment as per stipulated timeline.
