Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Manage our subsidiary BS & P&L accounts in all aspects – periodically closings, accounting, bookkeeping & regulation.
- Assistance with payroll and other compensation matters in the entity - new hires, terminations and salary administration (liaise with payroll agency on all payroll matters).
- Assistance with local reporting, including annual reports, GST, other taxes and local requirements.
- Provide support to local employees in all India offices regarding payroll, expenses, HR and corporate aspects.
- Professional assistance in terms of changes in regulation and local requirements.
- Follow up and control of Company's policies and procedures, e.g. Travel expense reimbursements & purchasing related control.
- Liaise with HQ functions to ensure high service quality to the employees and vendors (legal, purchasing, HR, treasury and others).
- Work on ad-hoc projects.
Annual Statutory Audits and Tax Returns:
- Assistance with preparations of the annual financial statements and work closely with the auditors to complete the audit.
- Assistance with preparations of annual tax return.
Your Knowledge & Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting firm and/or in finance department – a must.
- High professional knowledge in local requirements/reporting’s and ability to progress matters with India authorities – a must.
- SAP experience – an advantage.
- Experience in hi-tech company/multinational company – an advantage.
- Tax and India regulatory and accounting matters knowledge.
- Fluent English – both speaking and writing.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As Professional (Lead) – Procure to Pay (P2P), you are responsible for invoice processing, vendor master management, Query resolution, indexing and Invoice reconciliation. You should be flexible to work in shifts.
Responsibilities :
- Vendor master creation, changes, verification and cleansing.
- Identify the duplicate records for the Vendor Master Maintenance Invoice receipt, verification and processing accurately.
- Prioritize processing of urgent/ageing invoices .
- Recording of Invoices both Purchase Order Based and Non-Purchase Order Based (Un-supported Invoices),
- Co-ordination with various stakeholders, obtaining coding, approval and resolving issues around blocked invoices. Ensuring payment and expense entries are posted in accounting software on a timely basis.
- You will have to handle manual and automatic payment requests.
- Processing of travel and expense claims, payments, duplicate payment resolution and recovery and verify and run payment proposals.
- Would be involved in handling queries for vendor statement reconciliation through calls and emails.
- Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and timelines
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Commerce Graduate with minimum 6+Years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Experience in invoice and vendor management along with resolving queries, and Invoice reconciliation.
- Proven work knowledge to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and have been part of change management initiatives.

- Access management & recertification (internal and external vendor systems)
- Team administrative tasks (update & maintenance of sharepoint site, invoice and expense management, ability of manage excel logs
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring - ensure timely and appropriate escalation of any trends/performance issues to the relevant legal entity
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and coordinate with JPMAM/JPMAME and all areas impacted to effect the change.

Qualification:
- Prior 6-10 years relevant experience in asset management (preferable), administrative orientation
