Job Summary :
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Data Coordinator to join our Core Laboratory/Imaging Services team in Mumbai, India. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities :
  • Assist in the preparation of Core Lab Data Management documents;
  • Perform validation on data transfers and edit programs;
  • Maintain data cleanup via edits, data review and data changes; and
  • Send data transfers externally.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in life science/ pharmacy/ health related field with strong attention to detail and working knowledge of Excel and Word; and
  • 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting preferred.

Perfumery Assistant

Job Summary

As a Perfumery Assistant you will assist in the day to day compounding of fragrances. Assist in all consumer test preparation of samples when needed. Assist in all other general laboratory duties. Assist in RM inventory management.

Job Description

  • Weighing of formula - formula must be weighed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Lab supplies ordering - including RM and other packaging materials.
  • Flashpoint entering - SAP responsibilities in recording Flashpoints for IPCs.
  • Prioritizing of compounding request and to liase with requester on a possible date of completion.
  • Maintaining individual Raw Material Collection - Materials must be well labelled and stock up on a routine manner.
  • To order urgent raw materials via SAP and to have responsibility to refresh the expiring raw materials in the lab.
  • Maintaining target collection for perfumer - All perfumer trial oils must be recorded in an excel sheet neatly.
  • Applications for finished fragrance - To create application task using SAP, and ensure that perfumer's instructions are followed accordingly
  • To support perfumers in self training - Retrieving raw materials and preparing dilutions as well as fragrances for perfumers to smell.
  • Raw material's approval - ensure that raw materials from Sri City plant are comparable with existing stocks in terms of color, physical state and odour.
  • Prepare smelling strips sampled from international target, existing stock and new stock for perfumer to approve. Dilution would be compounded for powder materials as well as strong smelling ones.
  • Data Entry - A weekly report on the amount of formula compounded on the period must be submitted to supervisor. Perfumer's creations must be recorded accurately.
  • Safety and workbench cleanliness - Work bench would be tidied at the end of each day and materials used must be returned to their proper designated areas after use. Well-being of the lab equipment must also be taken care of.
  • Adherence to necessary lab Safety, EHS guidelines.

Required Skills


  • Minimum Diploma in Chemical or any other relevant discipline
  • Relevant compounding skills
  • Familiar with using SAP tools for logistic and material request
  • Practice safety and good housekeeping
  • Basic computer knowledge

Job Summary :
Medpace Core Labs (MCL) is currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team in our Mumbai office.
Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for all day-to-day Project Coordination activities;
  • Compile and maintain project-specific status report;
  • Utilize and assist in maintaining ClinTrak Imaging ® system;
  • Independently interact with Sponsor, sites, other contractors, and Medpace Core Laboratories team;
  • Prepare and review presentation materials;
  • Create and maintain project timelines in Microsoft Project;
  • Work with Project Manager to ensure all necessary project documents are present;
  • Maintain supplies inventory for study sites and organize shipping efforts of study materials;
  • Copy and distribute study documentation/correspondence to Sponsor, site, and Medpace Core Laboratories project team and assist in the review and resolution of site queries;
  • Schedule project meetings (internal and external), be active participant and provide post-meeting documentation/minutes; and
  • Provide insightful input on project-related documents (essential document collection process, final analysis plan, final study report, etc.).
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor of life science, biotechnology, or pharmacy, and 3-year project coordinator experience or equivalent; or, Master of life science, biotechnology, pharmacy, and 1-year project coordinator experience or equivalent;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Good Clinical Practice Guidelines and Sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
  • Experience with clinical trials for device or pharmaceutical products;
  • Ability to interact with other departments and Sponsors on project-related issues;
  • Independent development and management of project-related documents (i.e., status reports, essential documents, timelines, etc.);
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.);
  • Must be fluent in English (Verbal and Written); and
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, and flexibility with changing priorities.
