Job Description

  • Perform business analysis, recommend competitive strategies, identify new areas of opportunities and re engineering a wide variety of internal processes
  • Lead projects of strategic importance like organisation restructuring, cost optimisation, new business areas, etc.
  • Understand growth targets of the company and hence work on various programs / schedules / events to meet these goals. Also monitor / track report progress on these programs
  • First touch point to the President's office: Anticipating needs, dealing with the unexpected, acting as liaison between Executive and staff or the outside world; independently handle the President's office and make decisions on various business activities
  • Complement the President in researching out and vetting / validating ideas / hypothesis
  • Understand growth targets of the company and hence work on various programs / schedules / events to meet these goals. Also monitor / track report progress on these programs

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in management consulting (at consulting firms / large multinational corporates) with experience in Growth Strategy / Corporate/ Business Unit strategy development, Implementation, Cost-base structuring &
  • Process Improvement
  • Strong research and strategic consulting skills
  • Ability to put together strategic research based presentations to support the President on client meetings, Management Committee meetings etc.
  • Strong on multi-disciple & cross geographic senor stakeholder engagements, People Management, Team player
  • Good articulation, strategic research and presentation skills
  • Independently manage the function and support the President, with minimum instructions
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise, Solid track record of working under pressure and meeting deadlines

Security Supervisor

Job Overview

The holder of this position will be responsible for all AVSEC functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • He/she will be the Shift In-charge of the station and will maintain all records of the airline security staff posted at the airport
  • Needs to organize surprise checks to test the alertness and efficacy of the airline security staff
  • Should liaison with airport operator, duty in-charge APSU and other agencies and should closely co-ordinate with other departments and report all activities to Security In-charge on day-to day basis
  • Responsible to submit daily report to Security In-charge covering all security matters
  • Would be accountable for any security lapse by the airline security staff and to ensure efficient deployment of all the security staff
  • Would be responsible to maintain all security equipment provided for the purpose

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Critical thinking, with the ability to handle multiple assignments is desirable

Work Experience

  • Minimum experience in the security department must be of 5 years

Qualification

  • Should be a Basic AVSEC qualified and Certified Screener
  • Graduate from a recognized university

Eligibility

  • Must be at a level of Sr. Executive (1B) or 1 level lower than the position
  • Minimum tenure in the current role and level – 18 months as of release of IJP and must have attained minimum performance rating of GP3 in the last appraisal

Candidate’s core responsibilities will be to:
  • Co-ordinate between Area Executives, employees and customers.
  • Be present at reporting place of examiners to take feedback of previous day and plan daily schedule.

  • Plan for repair schedule as a preventive method.
  • Carry out NIS before taking over new construction and modernization job.
  • Estimate other than prescribed work.

  • Fatality Preventive Audits/ Tool Box Demonstration.
  • Prepare quarterly review report.
  • Make “T” orders.
  • Monitor how to reduce callbacks. More so on top ten calls received.
